Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal, Executive Search to manage
multiple client engagements and oversee the recruitment
process.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue executive-level retained roles and workforce
consulting engagements
Collaborate with clients to create and execute recruiting plans and
strategies
Maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates
throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
Associate's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School
Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience
Relevant work experience within the healthcare industry
C-Suite and Physician recruitment experience preferred
