Ayacucho Quechua Transcription Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Ayacucho Quechua Transcription Team Manager to oversee a team of transcribers and manage transcription projects.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor team progress and ensure timely project completion
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training transcribers
Provide support and troubleshoot issues reported by transcribers

Required Qualifications

Full proficiency in Ayacucho Quechua
Professional experience in Linguistics, Translation, or Transcription preferred
Proficiency in computer skills and both MAC and PC platforms
Strong grammar and punctuation skills; a proficiency test is required
Ability to onboard within two weeks
