Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Planning
responsible for leading the enterprise's annual planning cycle and
long-term strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the annual planning cycle and develop multi-year enterprise
priorities
Collaborate with finance and divisional leaders on 5-year strategic
planning
Oversee enterprise consulting priorities and strategic intelligence
dissemination
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in strategic planning
or performance tracking, or 12 years of experience without a
degree
Five years of experience leading teams in dynamic settings
Experience in running multi-month planning cycles
Demonstrated ability to work closely with executive
counterparts
Increasing levels of responsibility throughout career
