Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renewals Manager to drive the renewal
process and enhance customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with key decision-makers to identify customer needs and
address roadblocks
Negotiate and execute renewal contracts while identifying
up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
Collect customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and set
customers up for future success
Required Qualifications
2+ years of quota-carrying experience in Renewals, Sales, or
Account Management, preferably in SaaS
Ability to manage a large book of business and handle a pipeline of
large contracts
Understanding of revenue recognition policies and negotiation of
License and SaaS agreements
Experience in implementing best-practice processes around
renewals
Self-motivated and proactive with a focus on increasing customer
happiness
