A company is looking for a Head of Customer Success -
Americas.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and scale a team of high-performing Customer Success
Managers
Establish proactive processes to retain and delight existing
customers
Create and deploy Customer Experience strategies tailored to each
customer
Required Qualifications
Minimum of five years of professional experience in customer
success roles
At least three years in a leadership role within Customer
Success
Strong understanding of APIs and their integration points
Experience managing and mentoring teams
Proven track record of driving strategic projects
