• All specified certifications under CentraCare Health System MSP, including ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, CEU's, State License 1 Verification, and others as detailed in the original text

  • Shift: 3x12s Days/Nights mix with every 3rd weekend - Minimum 36 hours per week
  • Patient Diagnoses: Stroke, SCI, TBI, Amputee, debility, multiple fractures
  • Will need to float to like units during low census needs
    • Job Requirements
    • 1 year Rehab experience
    • BLS
    • Care tools and CMS IRF documentation experience
    • Will consider 1st timers with 2+ years of Rehab RN experience
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift: 3x12s Days/Nights mix with every 3rd weekend - Minimum 36 hours per week
      • NO HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE CONSIDERED
        • Additional Details
        • Locals accepted: Yes - ONLY if Clinician starts in November or December. 13-weeks max. Not eligible for extensions.
