Job Summary: We are seeking a part-time cook to join our team at Morrison Healthcare - Mayo Clinic.Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, and maintaining food at the correct temperature.
• Use established ticket collection procedures during service and maintain records from the area worked during service periods.
• Clean the kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Store or discard excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required.
• Assist in the ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience is required.
  • Ability to work a part-time schedule, including every other weekend and holidays.Benefits:
