Job Description:
A company is looking for a remote System Administrator for a
long-term contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support Active Directory Users and Groups
Troubleshoot Telecom call center issues and conduct Network and VPN
troubleshooting
Document work performed within the Service Now ticketing
platform
Required Qualifications:
Must possess at least an Associate's degree
Strong customer service skills
General understanding of Active Directory Users and Groups
Ability to work 40 hours per week and be accountable
Experience with PowerShell scripting is preferred
