Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Integrations
Specialist I to provide customer technical integrations support for
web-based educational solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical integrations onboarding and support for customers
via various communication methods
Troubleshoot rostering issues and collaborate with internal teams
to identify and resolve system bugs
Document customer issues and develop standard responses for common
technical integrations problems
Required Qualifications and Education
Associate or Bachelor's degree with technical coursework
preferred
1+ years of experience in web application support within a
technical helpdesk or customer support environment
Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and common web-based
applications
Familiarity with computer networking technologies and proxy
systems
Knowledge of Salesforce and JIRA or similar programs
