Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Underwriting Operations Technician to support the underwriting team with efficient administration services.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and coordinate transactions for various insurance products, including renewals and cancellations
Communicate with underwriters and brokers to gather necessary information for processing
Assist in onboarding new hires and mentor Operations Technical Specialists

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in the insurance industry
Prior experience with Specialty Property & Casualty lines of business
Experience with Salesforce, Subscribe, IMS, and ODEN Policy Terminator is a plus
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related or similar discipline
